not age related ones but temporary ones....like there and then gone 2 hours later. Could they be stress related?

Can someone esplain the tea bags thing?
dumb question...to the tea bags have to have been in boiling water or can I just wet unused ones.

You could also use cotton rounds soaked in chilled Witch Hazel ( I keep a bottle in my refrigerator). Or use a reusable cold pack, which I keep in my freezer, wrapped in the fabric sleeve that comes with it. Put either one on your eyes for about 3 - 5 minutes.
Caffeine is a topical diuretic, which can reduce puffiness. I'm guessing that's what teabags do for puffy eyes.
my teabag thing: When I make green tea, I squeeze out the bag and put the bag in a container in the fridge. They keep this way a week. Pull 2 out when you're puffy and lay down with them on your eyes for 10 minutes. Beauty ensues.
