The Official Super Bowl Commercial Thread

What are your favorites? Which ones are the worst? What are the most offensive? What are the most homophobic?

• I liked the Hyundai ad for their turbo car.

• I like the one where Amy Poehler sexually harasses the Best Buy Asians.

• The Calvin Klein ad.

• Worse, Go Daddy...the chubby kid making out with the older woman.

• What did Roland Martin tweet about that Calvin Klein underwear commercial??

• I hate to admit this but when I saw the Clydesdale ad, ok beer ad, I started crying. I think I've had too many margaritas.

• Best was the Budweiser Clydesdale commercial, really teared me up.

• I liked the Time Warner Cable commercial with the "Walking Dead" tie-in. Mainly because I love Norman Reedus (Darryl).

• I liked the one where John Travolta sold that thing.

• I liked the Clydesdale Bud commercial, also the TWC ad with Norman Reedus and the car commercial with the robot car show model of the future who kicks the nerd's ass after he kicks the tires on the car. The Go Daddy ad was gross. I can't remember any more of them.

• I liked the Doritos eating goat

• The one about the farmers was great.

• The one about farmers was emetic.

• I liked the white guy with the Jamacian accent. It's the only ad I wanted to see again.

• What R11 said. That was the funniest commercial I've seen in ages. When the goat kicked the door shut, I busted out laughing. Great job Doritos!

• The Doritos goat ad was done by two kids from my high school who won a contest. Their ad was great, very professional and clever. Also very much enjoyed the Amy Poehler ad. Found the Go Daddy kissing ad downright offensive and gross.

• So how much do those high schoolers get paid?

• The prize money can be up to a million dollars, depending on how highly the commercial is rated by viewers. I was wrong about them winning the contest, though. They were finalists and came in second to the other Doritos commercial "Fashionista Daddy," which means they didn't win any cash.

• The Budweiser Clydesdale ad was the best. second was the Doritos goat. The Go Daddy ad was dumb.

• Best: Clydesdales. I got all choked up, as did everyone else I was with. Worst: Go Daddy. Disgusting.

• Is everyone still laughing at the "hilarious" Paul Rudd/Seth Rogan and Amy Poehler ads? Didn't think so. they are though all the way to the bank. Sad.
