• Shoot in Illinois, we just let murders walk out the door. In Chicago, we had man who was brought from Indiana where he was serving for murder and taken to Chicago. He was taken there to clear up old charges. And Chicago just let him go. Lucky thing the murder Mr Robbins was a moron that was found in Kankakee 60 miles away.
