Alfalfa, bean, etc. and what are some good ones to try? I've only had the first one and don't like the bean sprouts, but alfalfa is pretty good. I'd like to try more. At least they are very low calorie and probably have a lot of good nutrients, but I have heard a few negative things. Salmonella, etc. Is a sprout a fungus? Like brussels? No crazy vegan replies please
