What do you consider a "cool person"?

Someone with lots of cash, and who has a considerable amount of power is my definition of cool.

• Someone who puts little stock on how much money or power another person has and who is open to trying new things. Someone comfortable in themself.

• You are definitely not what I consider cool, OP. I like smart, savvy people who dress well (which is not necessarily synonymous with expensively) and who have a sense of humor. Deft social skills, a general lack of snobbery and a relaxed, confident manner are also key. That's my definition of "cool".

There's a guy I work with who's polite, friendly, contributes to society (volunteers), has been raising 2 kids alone since his wife ran out on him 10 years ago and never has a bad word to say about anything or anyone, always seems to be in a good mood. That's cool.
