Reward for a job well done? Priebus wins second term as RNC chair
The efforts to prevent people from voting kind of backfired, but the egregious redistricting has already let the Republicans keep the House despite losing the popular vote for House members. Now the abusive redistricting is going to be used to allocate presidential electoral votes in large states that are reliably blue. The result if those allocations had been in place last year: Romney would be President while losing the popular vote by 5 million votes.

- He's chief cheater and those evil right wingers love that.
- Th courts have historically stayed out of redistricting fights and the state legislatures are allowed to determine how electoral votes are cast. The only hope is that the voters in these states throw out the Republicans in time or public pressure becomes too hard to ignore. It's too late for redistricting, but the electoral college manipulation could be undone.

- Liberals are already coming up with ways to stop the vote rigging scheme and there are a couple of Republicans who claim they want no part of what their party is doing. Public outcry of the undemocratic and basic unfairness of their scheme will prevent them from enacting it. Word has to get out, Rachel Maddow has been on this for a while.
- Since the GOP doesn't care if it wins by popular vote or on the issues, it's absolutely clear: we must dump the Electoral College which allows them to rig the system. Why is direct popular vote too Democratic for America?
- Here's some info on how the Democrats are trying to stop the GOP vote rigging via The National Popular Vote Project.
