I enjoy pretty much every aspect of my job except one, supervising people. I am actually growing to hate it. After 15 years in this position, I've finally accepted that even the best supervisors have very little chance of changing someone’s basic personality and firing people has become nearly impossible. With those 2 factors in mind, I'm finding it harder to deal with the fact that I'm held accountable for their actions. I've come to the conclusion I really need to find a job where I'm only responsible for myself. So please give me suggestions of jobs where the pay/benefits are decent ($50K-$80K), but you don't have to manage staff.
Is it too late to learn sql or some other IT shit

"Oh my God. I'm back. I'm home. All the time, it was... We finally really did it ... You Maniacs! You blew it up! Ah, damn you! God damn you all to hell!"
We are switching to the new platform for The DataLounge this weekend. So we're ready to end this phase of the testing and move everybody to the new site. (more)
