AT&T Cell Service

On Friday our company switched employee cells from Verizon to AT&T. Now *72 doesn't work. Is this regional do others here have the same problem?

• No one here uses Call Forwarding?

• If the issue is, in fact, about call forwarding, that feature does exist on my iPhone (I am not sure about other devices but I have to assume it's an option for all types of phones).
