On Friday our company switched employee cells from Verizon to AT&T. Now *72 doesn't work. Is this regional do others here have the same problem?

If the issue is, in fact, about call forwarding, that feature does exist on my iPhone (I am not sure about other devices but I have to assume it's an option for all types of phones).
