I take that r2/r4 do not have the Travel Channel. Andrew Zimmern is the host of Bizarre Foods. He travels the globe to find food that not many Americans would put on their dinner plates -- strange odd foods that are an acquired taste. Very mercurial and respectful of different cultures.
He's the opposite of Anthony Bourdain, who can be arrogant, elitist and a prick. I like Bourdain's shows, but he's an asshole, increasingly so.
Excuse me, I meant to use mercurial to describe Bourdain, not Zimmern. Zimmern is pretty cool.
