I usually keep up with current slang, but I don't know what jiggy-boo is.

I know the derogatory, jiggaboo, but I haven't figured out what jiggy-boo really is. I heard a black dude say, I have a new jiggy-boo and I think I like this one. I couldn't tell if it was a person or an object.
