Salt Lake City 7. Eugene, Oregon 8. Madison, Wisconsin 9. Atlanta, Georgia 10. Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minnesota Does anyone know anything about the top 3 cities? They are certainly a surprise!

• Their criteria for rating is a bit bizarre. But it does pique my interest in Tacoma, Springfield & Spokane. I'd love to move to a city that is gay-friendly, nice and CHEAP.
