• I wonder how he is going to make the admissions, though? What has his legal team advised him? There are ramifications to admitting to drug use.

• He may say he only did it a few seasons or something. I can't believe he would admit he was a full blown cheater...

• Doesn't he risk prosecution for perjury if he admits he was lying when he previously testified? And doesn't he risk civil damages from the newspapers he won judgments against for libel? One of the British newspapers (The Times?) is already suing him for re-payment of the damages he received from them.
