I am really, REALLY good at keeping secrets, and I should be as it's part of my job.
Depends on the nature of a secret and how I came by it. A confidence on the other hand is something I never break.

If someone asks me a question that's none of their business, I ask if they can keep a secret. They always say "yes," then I reply "So can I."
So-so. If it's really important and will negatively impact me if I say something, then I can keep a pretty good grip on my tongue. That sounds horrible, but I think most people are this way.
