Do they only hire white people under 25? Seriously. Wondering if the company owners are racist and ageist.

I think Lady Gaga has the same employment policy.
McDonald's only hires black people, so it balances out.
The one near us has mostly hispanic workers. I don't think you can generalize.
I've seen black and Hispanic workers at two locations. Can't remember about Asians. And I would hope their workforce is under 25 for the most part.

OP--so, in your idle time, you let your mind wander--and this is what you wonder about? The ethnicity of a fast-food chain's employees? I suggest that you get a hobby, or read a good book. I can't believe the shit I read on this site sometimes.
If the ethnic breakdown isn't somewhat close to that of the surrouding areas then, yeah, that company is most likely racist. At my company all the people in middle managment and up are white. And I live in Los Angeles.

And they're one of the only fast-food places that does not franchise. All of their locations are company-owned, so you can blame any of their policies directly on In-N-Out, not on some random franchisee.
Never been to an In'N'Out Burger, but fast-food wise: Lived in San Francisco 20 years, NEVER saw a white person working the registers at a McD's. Never saw a black person either. Everyone looked under 25. Hispanics and Asians. The occasional white manager. BUT: traveling across the country, I started seeing white people of all ages working in McD's, starting at Utah, east (other than in NYC.) Demographics, perhaps.
I live in an area where the population is about 55% white or pass for white, about 40% black or pass for black, and about 5% assorted other. McD, KFC, PizzaHut, & Sonic is about all that is left here, and the employees of all three are mostly black. My guesstimate would be 90% black. The franchise owners are white except at the Pizzahut.

In n out is addressing this issue by opening an extra drive through for its black patrons. The extra drive through will be manned by elderly black persons. I don't know what the Catholic Church is going to do about all the white apostles, but I know they will correct the facts accordingly. I've heard the revisions will identify Mary as the daughter of an unwed single mother and show Mary with her son shopping with food stamps on market day in Israel.

The one on Sunset down from the Ralph's has an all Hispanic staff. I went to Maine last summer for a wedding. We went to McDonald's for breakfast. The entire staff was white.
In suburban Connecticut most fast food places like McDonalds and retail like grocery stores, Walgreens, CVS etc. are staffed almost entirely by white teenagers. When my friends from NYC come to visit, they cannot get over it. "It was all white kids working in there! That is unbelievable!"
In my area, it's all hispanics and blacks working at Taco Bell, KFC, Burger King, McDonald's, Jack and the Box, and Wendy's. But at In N Out and 5 Guys in the same area, it's all white people.

The one here in Yuba City, CA has white, black, and Asians working there. Don't get your panties in a wod OP! The more important thing is that all fast food chains are non-union so ALL employees are under paided and overworked and treated like worker bees regardless of race! Capitalism at it's best!
