Where's the original video without the nauseating syrupy music and religious titles?
People still have Downs Syndrome babies?
I loved it OP. Thanks for sending it. Doggies are awesome, loyal for life and playfully or seriously tender if you give them the chance.
R2 it's not nauseating if you feel alright with your heart. You obviously need to warm it with some good reason and with some good will.
I agree with R2. It would be much better without the underlying christian propaganda.
I loved the video, and could possibly even have tolerated the music, but the "God doesn't make mistakes" cliche ruined it entirely, making it just another bit of treacle your annoying aunt passes along in email.
It's an endearing video ruined by frauing it up with shitty music and religious text.
Is Precious Moments producing videos now?
That goes in my spank bank.
The dog was very cute but it looked to me that the child didn't want the dog bugging him.
Ignoring the music & god-bothering aspect, the dog was cool, but agree with r10 - it was a one-way street. Little brat wasn't responsive at all.
Stop being so criticising guys. Being critical it's not always the point. You should get the gist and stop spoiling the fragile beauty of this small world.
Don't be jerks, please. This one is not a thread for being that. There are plenty other threads in DataLounge if you need to vent on.
r4/r12 - MARY!
Jesus fucking Christ. This place is entirely female now. It makes me sick what has become of this place.
I'm R10. I'm not venting and I'm not trying to be contrary. I'm not criticizing. And I hope I'm not a jerk. But I'm not buying this. I SAID the dog was cute, and it is.
This and the crockpot recipe thread are proof this fucking site has been destroyed beyond repair.
It's cruel to say from your superior position if a kid with Downs syndrome is responsive or not to touch. In this delicate issue, we should keep our doubts to ourselves and hope for the best.
I'm not preaching believe me, i just don't like when one is cynic with someone while they are in a better position and more privileged than some others.
By the way guys, feeling that you are wrong is not humiliating. It's hopeful in certain cases.
Think deeper, please.
"Are you trying to--touch me, Contessa?"
oh r12 get a grip. the thing was over sentimental and screeching god propaganda. this sort of things goes on all the time and it is touching, but spare me the unnecessary crap.
I liked it, too, OP.
The kid didn't want to be bothered.
Add me to the kid didn't want to be touched group. It seemed a bit sad the dog trying so hard to get the kid to respond. Maybe someone set it up and didn't expect the kid to back off so much.
How sweet! A puppy, a mongoloid, and syrupy 70s music.
We had to put down our yellow lab a few years ago. This makes me really miss her.
