Has anyone else seen a "Medical Exise Tax" line on their receipts?

The link shows a half dozen receipts from various retailers, with a "medical excise tax" added in. This, plus the rise in the payroll tax, means every taxpayer is going to be paying higher taxes...but less than the top .01% since they have loopholes to designed by them for their advantage. So much for not raising taxes on the poor. Fuck the government. They just steal from the poor to give to the rich.
