• Sounds great, but my diet started the day after Christmas when I saw I'd gained six pounds in two weeks. At least it's off to a great start - I had a brutal sinus infection and didn't eat for two days so I've already lost five pounds. Wheee!

• I think Archer Farms is the Target store brand(?) I've been impressed by the quality of their of their stuff.

• Yes, it is. I've also been impressed with its quality. I've also tried their coffee ($5.99 for 0z., I think) and it's quite good for the price. And, as R2 says, they're straws, not sticks. The key lime cookies by the crackers are really good, too.
