• I completely agree with OP, and have stated this on threads in the past. This whole "let's post pics of..." thing started a couple years ago, and it really was a signal of the downfall of this place. There never used to be threads like that. Datalounge was once filled with pages and pages of interesting stuff. There was no need to post porn. Now this site is mostly porn threads, theater gossip, and g/r/umpy posting stupid shit like, " What's Up With Bananas?"

• R17, I've been coming here for ten years as well, and there weren't any of these types of threads. Yes, there was occasional gossip about porn stars (Zeb Atlas, Brett Mycles), but no threads with just pictures. It's not that I (or OP, I assume) are mincing prisspots who are offended, we just find them so dull and redundant, especially given how vibrant and interesting this board used to be. You would remember that as well, r17, if you've really been around that long.
