Why is Anderson Cooper NOT In The Middle?

After all it would make the most sense, seeing there are 3 men and 2 women in this picture (see link below). The two women should be bookend, with the men in the middle. Which would leaves Barry Diller, Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper. It should be AC in the middle, with Barry and Andy on either side. With the two women as bookends. But it is Sarah Jessica Parker smack dab in the middle, with AC shoved to the side. Why?
