• It's just as well that there will be no Dick Clark. During the last few years, Dick Clark was drunk off his ass every New Year's Eve, which caused him to slur his words.

• Sad. Not to be rude but it was awkward (good, but awkward) seeing Dick the last few times he was on during the NYE telecast, with how far gone he was health wise. I'll probably watch Anderson and Kathy rather than ABC, they have good chemistry.
