How Can I Dump My Timeshare?
Anybody out there in the same boat? This timeshare (in Cabo) was a "gift" from my father. Yeah, right, the gift that keeps on taking. The maintenance is $550/annually and I've been there once. It's a beautiful place. But I don't like to hang out at the same resort every year.
- Can you rent it out OP?
- It's not part of a pool of condos?
- It was no gift from your father. He dumped it on you. Return the favor and give it back to him.
- White. People. Problems.
- Check to see if there are any restrictions, then advertise it for rent on CL on the Seattle and Anchorage CL sites. Find out whether the complex will manage it for you. You shouldn't have much trouble if it's a really nice place.
- Can't you just stop making the payments on it?
- at the timeshare dump, www.timesharerefuge.com

- You can't...I know, I tried.
- I agree. Impossible
- You can donate it to a charity of your choice for a tax write off. Call a museum and see if you can donate it to them.

- I'm trying to dump mine on timesharerefuge.
- What a racist thing to say R4. Are you saying because I'm black I could never have such a problem? We are not all living off welfare. We actually do very well. Time to wake up idiot.
- Most (all) companies who promise o help are a scam. Beware!
- Send a link to their website. Maybe I'll buy it from you.
