The apologist arguments against gun control laws are bullshit. Let's start addressing those arguments and tearing them apart

We need stricter firearm control legislation and we need it now No, gun control will never be 100% effective. Neither will seat belts, burglar alarms or locks on your door. But we still take these precautions, and they succeed in protecting us much of the time. Whenever gun rights advocates suggest that gun control laws are useless because someone out there will find a way around it, I wonder if they bother to lock their doors at night, with the knowledge that there are people out there who can easily pick a lock
