Taco salad
I'm craving a big mixed taco salad and am going to use the layered taco salad from Epicurious as a jumping off point, but it still seems a little on the dull side - meat, beans, tomatoes, cheese. Does anyone have a suggestion for other add-ins? I hate black olives, but other than that anything goes.

- Try some lettuce.
- Corn! Avocado. Jalepenos are a must.
- Green olives...green onions.
Corn is a never, a GMO product best avoided.
- Onions, cilantro, fresh salsa, fresh jalepenos or habanero peppers

You CAN buy organic corn, you know.
- Chopped onion (green or white), and don't forget a little sour cream on top.
- A huge scoop of guacamole made with garloc, salt and lime.
Chopped cilantro.
Slivers of purple onion.
Some sour cream or, if you can get, Mexican crema.
- Earrings
Caftans
- Oh, I thought this was the Anne Hathaway had no panties on thread. My mistake!
- My partner and I make a delicious taco salad.
Half ground turkey meat, half groud beef, one taco seasoning packet - and we also mix in sauteed sliced mushrooms and medium salsa in a pan.
Chopped iceberg lettuce, avocado, tomato, black olives, and cucumbers mixed in a bowl.
I put the dry salad mixture onto large plates, break up a taco shell on top of each plate, pour some of the taco meat onto each plate, and then sprinkle shredded taco cheese on so that it melts.
We also add sour cream and sometimes eat them in flour tortillas.
Absolutely delicious!
- That sounds ghastly, R11.
- prosciutto, grilled onion, and a package of beef ramen noodles. Seriously.
