The Christmas Flower

Today on GMA Sam and Josh disagreed on the pronunciation of poinsettia. Sam thinks poin-SETTA, Josh says poin-SEH-tee-uh. Josh is correct. The flower was discovered in 1828 in Mexico by U.S. Ambassador Joel Poinsett who was also a botanist.
