Scheduled for 1 today and a total no show. At 1:15 the customer service told me "wait 10 minutes she'll be there." At 1:45 the customer service lectured me that the 1 O'Clock time they put on the 48 hour mandatory cancel policy is just an approximation - - that it really means she will be there anytime between 1 and 2 and I'm just supposed to wait for her. At 2:20 I cancelled the servivce I've had for a year now. You're a maid honey. I put up with this "just cool your heels I'm on my own happy ass schedule" from my doctor and dentist ... but not my maid.
