• It looks too intense and violent for my taste. The Japanese trailer mentions family, which is something that would draw me into an otherwise instense and violent Star Trek picture.

• I get a General Hospital promo instead. Lovely.

• Love the Kirk/Spock hand touch/Vulcan kiss thing. Eat that Uhura fangirrrrrls! :p

• According to a studio still, Cumberbatch is playing "John Harrison" - a redshirt crewmember seen briefly in TOS Season 1 who happened to nearly be suffocated by Khan's sabotage of the air supply in "Space Seed".
