• What field do you work in, OP? It's possible that they are out in their personal lives, and don't feel that their sexuality has any business in a work setting.

• I'm sure others know and they all talk about the "leering old ka-ween" who thinks everyone is gay.

• Considering that few states protect Gay workers from being fired just for being gay......smarten up OP.

• How do you know they're closeted? Some people prefer to remain private about their personal lives at work. Maybe they don't have partners that they can mention every five minutes.
