Late in Life Homos in Hollywood...

Any famous actors who started going gay later in life after being married, divorced, etc.? The Jon Peters thread made me think of this topic. I've heard rumors about famously married guys like Lee Majors renting hustlers.

• Lee Majors was brought to Hollywood by Rock Hudson, so he got a bit of an earlier start than all that. It seems like most of the late bloomers are women: Meredith Baxter, Cynthia Nixon, etc. Of course, those are the ones who are also out. Robert Conrad: a mean old bastard who liked to hire hustlers, too.

• They all knew from the start they like guys, but felt obligated by society to give being straight a try and kept their gay urges on the downlow. For some that's enough and for others it isn't and they come out to stop the charade.
