A troll seems to be obsessed with some gay guy with AIDS, calling him "Sybil." Troll sent AIDS guy a vulgar Christmas card. Troll is so obsessed he has set up six blogs using numerous fake aliases and writes constant bullshit about AIDS guy all the time. It's all very twisted.
