I feel awful/etiquette

Yesterday I attended a holiday pot luck and today I feel incredibly sick to my stomach. Would it be rude to email some of the other guests or host to see if they are also sick?? I don't want to cast blame, but I would also like to figure out what I ate that is making me feel this way....

• Just mention it quietly to a couple of friends to see if they also feel bad.
