Tonight's Sky
Jupiter will be quite bright next to the moon.
Last night was the full moon and it was the smallest full moon of the year.
- I know, it's so cool to see it bright as hell up there.

- I'm in the northeast and I can see Aldebaran to the right of Jupiter. It's fainter, but it's there.
The first time I ever heard of Aldebaran was when I listened to "2,000 Light Years From Home," by the Stones. There was a little outer space craze going on when it was recorded, what with tv shows like Star Trek, Dr Who and movies like 2001, a Space Odyssey
- Jupiter-the happy fatso of our solar system! Shine on.
- Beautiful sky tonight!
- Jupiter will not be this bright next to the moon until 2021.
- Aren't the planets supposed to align on Dec. 21, and we move to the "Age of Aquarius?"
I'm not kidding. I remember reading it somewhere.
