Is Liza drinking again?

This video of Minnelli was taken at a recent gala where she was awarded the title of Broadway Landmark. It was rumored that she was completely smashed at the ceremony. The audience seems so rude to her, laughing at her as she's trying to give a speech. I feel bad for her. She seems like one of the nicest celebs in the business. She doesn't deserve such ridicule. And where are her friends and family? Are they enabling her or ignoring her? It's just sad.
