• No. It's a troll to get your contact information and likely identify theft. Real jury research is not done in this manner, nor generally, any type of focus group research. Recruiting in this fashion is by definition biased; and therefore, worthless.

• Unless they ask for a SS number or mailing address, I don't think it's a big deal. Everyone's names, phone numbers and email addresses are all floating around freely on the www for anyone to see anyway.
