I like Stella because she produces vegan high-end clothes for fraus. Better than a furrier slaughtering cute bunnies for a nasty coat that some socialite ugly frau will only wear once or twice. Leather doesn't bother me as long as the meat was used for food.
I don't particularly like it but I "get" it.
Stella McCartney is the frau of fraus. because of dad she's been elevated. Her own father looks like a chimney sweep. She's a low rent with the oddity of achieving fame but only 50 years ago would be happy cleaning out fireplaces. She's a big freckled cow. Everything about her flies in the face of what a classy lady would be. She's thick, freckled and poorly bred. She's a joke
Stella, nepotism. She looks like the old fish wife she should be, Blah!
I hate "designer fashion."
Post something stylish and attractive that Stella McCartney has designed, please.
Where would one wear this?
I just thought a designer must have particular contempt for consumers to create something as hideous as this.
I looks like it's inside out to me.
I get it. It's ironic.
I'm much too busty to wear that well. I have enough problems without having antlers on my breasts.
I like the Necco Wafer colors!
EWWW. My cat's arfed-up hairballs are better looking than that fugly thing.
It's terribly clever.
But, alas, now that its been seen by all of you, I could never wear it.
Sear's Jellybean Collection, circa 1966.
In the interest of fairness, here's a better representation of Stella's work. A very simple, nicely cut dress in organic cotton. And about $600.
There's something quite subversive about it. I like it. Of course you'd have to have the right body type and personality to pull this off. If a regular big chested frau wore this, the meaning would be totally lost.
And some pretty floral print frocks that aren't too matronly.
Old fish wife, buggy eyes. Someone here said it best upthread. Nepotism. That's it. So untalented, she is. Her father looks like he should be sweeping chimneys and his "no-mouth" annoys me to no end. Like a slit for a mouth. He's really shanty looking.
Stella is a creature feature, for sure, but that doesn't negate that she does usually make beautiful clothing. Or her design team does, at least.
The design team paid for with her trust fund interest.
Cam's ass and boobs look huge and pendulous in that gown. And not in a good way.
Amy Winehouse is the only one could could have pulled off that antler sweater.
Oh please, look at the cuts and seams. Italian designers make beautiful clothes not Stella. She never actually graduated from design school and it shows. Truth is, it is an art. She's taking the place of a real artist and that robs us all.
That's one of the least flattering gowns I've ever seen. You have to be pretty bad to make Cameron Diaz' body look that sloppy.
Get the picture?
