There are some surprisingly uninspiring Sexy Chests there, if you ask me, including Channing Tatum, David Beckham, Gavin Rossdale and a few others.

Based solely on their chests, Zak Efron, Mechad Brooks, Hugh Jackman, and Bradley Cooper win hands down. I was surprised at how some of the guys, whom I consider hot, have very lackluster bodies...such as Channing Tatum, Ryan Gosling, and Jude Law.

I think what makes a chest hot is not necessarily the chest by itself, but whether or not it is part of a body that has a handsome face.
That's probably what PEOPLE is getting at.
So if you are, say a Royal Prince, your chest automatically becomes more intriguing than that of the average guy.

Stephen Moyer - his career is over after True Blood, right? He can't act, is so boring and one-note (granted, on a very one-note show) and looks about 10 years older than he is.
Whomever thought he was sexy obviously didn't consider how long that show would last. In fact, with the exception of Skaarsgard, that whole show is full of boring men.
