[quote]Senor described a particular campaign rally in Cincinnati in the days before the election. "Tens of thousands of people, you could feel the energy, a hundred top-tier Romney surrogates were at the event," he recalled. "I’m backstage with some of them -- I won’t mention their names -- but they’re talking about Romney like he’s Reagan. ‘His debate performances were the best performances of any Republican nominee in presidential history. He’s iconic.’ They were talking about him because they believed he was going to win in four or five days. And in fact, some of them were already talking to our transition to position themselves for a Romney cabinet.”
Delusional sycophants. His adequate performance in the first debate was enhanced by Obama's failure to show up that night. But otherwise, they could hardly be lauded. Hell, by the third debate he was all but endorsing the President.
The fact that none of these people paid any attention to the polls showing Rmoney losing is reason enough to never let any of them near the levers of government. They operate in a world that is free of facts, evidence, and reality.
They made the fatal mistake of believing their own press.

When it finally comes out, I'll be very interested in reading about how the Mormons mobilized to pack his rallies, especially in the final weeks.
"I don't want to name names."
Why not, dumbass? You don't seriously think any of these people are going to hire YOU in the future?
The other Repugs eviscerated Mitt Romney. Why? Because he deserved it. He was a national embarrassment.
I saw this on MSNBC and my interpretation (since he said the double-faced politicians had been all over TV criticizing Romney but he wasn't going to name names) is that . . .
BOBBY JINDAL, SUSANA MARTINEZ and that RANDOM FAT LATINA were some of the people who was cheering at the rally, calling the transition office begging for a job in the Romney administration, and a week later talking smack about Mitt.
The good thing is that all these douchebags will be permanently tainted by their association with what will be remembered as the most delusional presidential campaign in recent history.
Dan Senor, former coworker of Grayson Wolfe, ex-husband of Natalie Khawam, with whom Mr Wolfe is embroiled in a custody battle,
Does douchebag Dan Senor realize that he's sitting at the 'Morning Joe' desk where those same panelists to whom he's talking eviscerated Mitt Romney every weekeday for more than a year?
He was the one who banged on and on about how we were winning in Iraq. Lame.
