I've noticed a few "stories" featured on the gossip rags lining the check out lines.

A few have been say that Bill Clinton is dying. He has been looking worse with each succeeding month. Is there anything else to back up these stories?

• No. The tabloids have a lengthy history of snapping a few unflattering pics of a given celebrity and starting to speculate whether they're dying / on drugs / sick / anorexic / whatever. It's rarely proven true. Btw look up Clinton's DNC speech on YouTube from a couple of months ago, then come back and tell us if that looks to you like a man who's "dying."

• He's "dying" because Hillary (for all anyone should know) might run for President later on. I love Hillary, btw.

• On the contrary, old Bubba's taking care of himself--his weight was problematic--and hasn't had work done. He looks pretty good these days.

• He's a vegan and has dropped a bunch of weight
