MSN Email

Yesterday while reading an email, page changed. Announcement they were experiencing problems which would be corrected. This morning when I attempted to log-on I was asked to change my password. Anyone know what's going on?

• OP, hmm, sounds sketchy. Could it be phishing? Or could it be msn trying to protect your acct. from a hacking attempt? (Hotmail was at risk a couple of months ago.) Try rooting around on the Microsoft support forum (below). I think you can pose a question.

• I didn't even know MSN was still a thing. I thought it was all "Windows Live" which then begat Outlook.com.

• Yep, I still have an ancient Hotmail acct (in addition to gmail) and my partner still has an msn account. They are phasing out hotmail though (meaning a mandatory switch to outlook).
