Lindsay Lohan's probation will be revoked for lying to police - report By Jen Harper | November 19, 2012 7:49 PM ET Lindsay Lohan is getting her probation revoked once criminal charges are filed against the actress for lying to a police officer, reports TMZ. After her car accident in June, Lohan told Santa Monica police that she was not driving her Porsche when it crashed into an 18-wheeler on Pacific Coast Highway. But she actually was the one behind the wheel. Once the Santa Monica city attorney files the criminal case against the actress -- which TMZ reports is happening soon -- it will head to Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Jane Godfrey for arraignment. Judge Godfrey will reportedly revoke Lohan's probation and set a hearing on the grounds that the actress violated her probation from her jewelry theft a year and a half ago.
