Comprehensive List of businesses dodging Obamacare?

Does anyone have a link to a compilation? I want to make sure I'm not shopping at one.

• I searched. I couldn't find one.

• The restaurants I know of: Papa Johns Applebee's Jimmy John's Olive Garden Red Lobster LongHorn Steakhouse Those shouldn't be too hard to avoid...

• LOL. McDonalds, Burger King, Dominoes are too. Anyone else know of more? Walmart too, I guess.

• Any national chain. Just shop at the mom and pop shops where you should have been shopping in the first place! Small chains of a half dozen stores or less work too. See link.
