Bill Maher - 11/16/12
No comments? I thought it was one of the best shows of the season. David Frum doesn't repulse me nearly as much as he used to (how's that for a back-handed compliment?) and David Axelrod appeared giddy (deservedly so). New Rules was great.
I'll miss you Bill!
- Frum makes sense sometimes because he acknowledges that conservatives need to change, but I don't really trust him.
- I'm glad it's the last show of the season. I'm getting so very tired of the endless stream of shrill Republican women who think that talking louder and faster makes them right. They're interchangeable at this point.
He needs to re-think the way he builds his panels every week.
- His opening monologue was one of the best of the season. The rest of the show (including New Rules) was on par.
- Had to give David a standing ovation in my living room. Smart and steady wins the race. Frum sounds "moderate" but he says a lot of piddly pablum.
- That's because Frum is a Canadian and the son of a legendary liberal Canadian TV journalist.
- I think he got the joke about the "Tampa socialite" from the DL
- Frum is full of shit. Not buying his "sane" act.

Why op? Is it going off the air?
- R8: Last night's show was the last one until he comes back to HBO in January.
