Once Upon a Time

So I'm just catching Season 1 on Netflix. Has Season 2 started yet? I thought it would be really stupid but I'm starting to enjoy the Rumpelstiltskin/Belle and Little Red Riding Hood as a werewolf story. I'm assuming that the Mayor and Mr. Gold are the only ones who remember their past?
