Group Hug Time!

How will the country come together after such a vitriolic campaign? Other than pulling the plug on FOX News, what can unite the people?

• The President will try to unite the people because he's a good man and he genuinely believes in it. I don't expect him to try as hard as he did after the last election, since the Republican assholes screwed him. So the President will try and the President will fail. The ideology and vitriol of the Teabaggers is too far beyond the pale to reach any kind of accommodation with them. The behavior and stated policies of fuckwits like Paul Ryan, Eric Cantor, Mitch McConnell, et al, went to a place sensible Americans won't go. Fuck uniting the people - what we need to do is play some hardball with an increasingly weakened Rethuglican Party. Right now, they are in complete disarray, filled with bitterness, depression and hatred for each other. We can work with that.
