Washington State - Every State Office Goes Democrat

From Governor to Insurance Commisioner - eight offices - a clean sweep for Democrats. Same Sex Marriage passed. Legal Marijuana passed. Cantwell easily reelected to US Senate. US House, 7-4 Democrat, GOP lost one seat, I think. From Free Republic of all places.

• As of 10:30 PST the Secretary of State's office reported that Kim Wyman, a Republican and the well-respected auditor from Tacoma, Pierce County, is ahead with 50.41% of the vote. She is a candidate to replace the outgoing Secretary of State.

• Washington has only 10 congressional districts, which have split 6-4 in favor of the Democrats.

• This might be the most liberal state in the union...what's the cost of living? Is it easy to get a teaching job there?

• New Hampshire has all female representation (two women senators, two women house members, and a woman governor ... all democrats)

• Technically the most liberal state in the US is considered Vermont. But amazing job by Washington tonight. Legalizing same-sex marriage, marijuana, and a great dem sweep. Great sight to behold.

• There's actually a list of the most Liberal and Conservative states. Washington is 4th, after DC, Massachusetts, and Oregon.
