Software Patches in Ohio (AKA why do Republicans hate Democracy?)

Anyone heard the lastest with this? The NYT last posted that shit could be delayed UNTIL DECEMBER if things get bad. I know it went to court today "Fitrakis v. Husted" is the case name. Any word? Any press reporting on this?
