Try again, dearies. I taught American Government at four different colleges, and it's less than 5% at best. Many of them don't even understand it after I've explained it to them.
I wonder how many get that we could end up with a Romney/Biden administration, in the event of a tie. If it comes down to 269 to 269, it could happen.
