Rumor has it, he's put several people up to finagling with electronic voting equipment. Apparently the FBI has been doing their undercover investigation for over 8 months.

Why did "they" wait until after the election to go after him? Whoever it is should have been dropping hints in the media all along, or at least online. Is this Gloria Allred's "big reveal?"
It's quite possible that there wasn't yet sufficient evidence on the actual machines until now. And also possible that the "patches" have been observed over the last month.

Short of Willard shooting someone in the head and the event being captured on video, there's no way he or any other 1%er is going to prison.
In my dreams. I want those suppresing the vote, and tampering with vote counting, and throwing out voter registrations, and intimidating voters.... I want them in fucking PRISON. For LIFE. With NO PAROLE. I want examples made of them so that NOBODY in the future would risk doing anything of the kind. And I don't want a token arrest or two. I want EVERYONE involved, even tangentially, thrown in prison. And we'll make room by no longer arresting anyone for minor pot possession or usage.

I wish this were true, but--as other posters have said--Romney is too rich to ever be imprisoned. The idiots in this country--including a lot of self-proclaimed liberals--are too busy hating Latinos and single moms (harping ad nauseam about the welfare queen myth) to do anything at all about those who really are robbing the country blind. If it does happen, though, the Reich-wing talking heads will only spin it (as they always do) and accuse liberals of trying to censor them. They always accuse others of what they are most guilty themselves (see ACORN). It is right out of the Rove paybook.

OP if he is elected, he won't go to prison. If he is not elected, he won't go to prison. He can afford hundreds of lawyers to delay, and stall, and obfuscate, and eventually, after years of litigation, there will be some out of court settlement. He will pay a fine and there will be no criminal record of any kind. That's how it works for the truly rich.
