Rich people neither pay taxes nor go to prison. And if they do go to prison, it's at a "Club Fed" facility.
Stop it. Just. Stop. IIIIITTTTTT!!!
That would be devastating as it would expose American politics as a fraud in front of the entire world.
I hope it's not true.
But after all the evil that has come out of the rightwing these past 3 years, they must pay for what they've done.
Doesn't Willard own a rat?
I believe it.
That's the only reason I can see the Feds are playing it cool on all of this. They're watching, recording, building a fucking case.
I don't think it will be Romney but I do believe it will be several TOP LEVEL Republican officials in Ohio, Florida, and Colorado.
No r7 it would show that ever is is wrong with America, we can fix with what is RIGHT with America.
Mitt [italic]is[/italic] persona non grata in Italy, right? For shady business and a tax dodge on the public phone book profits he stole?
Anymore there is nothing RIGHT with America, the only thing right is the LEFT.
I hope George W. Bush ALSO goes to prison for this.
I believe this rumor.
Why did "they" wait until after the election to go after him? Whoever it is should have been dropping hints in the media all along, or at least online. Is this Gloria Allred's "big reveal?"
It's quite possible that there wasn't yet sufficient evidence on the actual machines until now. And also possible that the "patches" have been observed over the last month.
This doesn't surprise me.
That would be devastating as it would expose American politics as a fraud in front of the entire world.
If our elections are filled with fraud, then it needs to be exposed to the world.

Darn kids, how quickly they forget, goddamit!
Richard Milhous Nixon, not just a fraud but a real criminal
Rumor has it
There you go again.
There were multiple instances of blatant fraud committed by Republican party insiders against Ron Paul during the primaries. I hope that it will make up at least part of the charges in this case, and that all those proven responsible are held accountable.
He deserves imprisonment for putting seamus on the roof of his car!
Op, don't get my hopes up. Link?
When they put Karl Rove in jail I will believe that Romney is under investigation for vote fraud.
Short of Willard shooting someone in the head and the event being captured on video, there's no way he or any other 1%er is going to prison.
In my dreams.
I want those suppresing the vote, and tampering with vote counting, and throwing out voter registrations, and intimidating voters.... I want them in fucking PRISON. For LIFE. With NO PAROLE.
I want examples made of them so that NOBODY in the future would risk doing anything of the kind. And I don't want a token arrest or two. I want EVERYONE involved, even tangentially, thrown in prison.
And we'll make room by no longer arresting anyone for minor pot possession or usage.
What r26 said
What R27 said.
Further more, this rumor is tied to a heated debate about the use of a 3 stage vs single stage lethal injection after sentencing. You'd think they use the same type of injection for both Willard and Ann, you know that mormon eternity thing when they were married in the temple of doom.
Sadly, this will never happen.
I'm seeing tinfoil triangular tinhats gathering with force in this thread.
Rumor also has it that tinhats will be the only option if the dispute between three injection vs one can not be resolved.
You can abhor treasonous acts of vote-tampering and also abhor a system that allows a government to execute its own citizens.
Doing long time therefore works for me.

The Romneys will want to be shot for blood atonement.
"It would be disruptive to the country."
As evident here. Rmoney is a sleaze.
Get involved and fight for truth and transparency.
OP if he is elected, he won't go to prison. If he is not elected, he won't go to prison. He can afford hundreds of lawyers to delay, and stall, and obfuscate, and eventually, after years of litigation, there will be some out of court settlement. He will pay a fine and there will be no criminal record of any kind. That's how it works for the truly rich.
can Tag be arrested too?
Yes! And in prison they can play "Tag, you're it!" in the showers.
Let's see if he is arrested.
You KNOW some funny business was going on in Ohio as they refused to concede it for so long.
Exactly, R47. They were shocked.
That would certainly be icing on the turd, as it were.
