Brad Pitt donates One Hundred Grand in support of same-sex marriage
Brad Pitt has donated $100,000 to help the Human Rights Campaign raise money for its efforts to support same-sex marriage initiatives in several states.
Same-sex marriage will be on the ballot in Maryland, Maine, Minnesota and Washington state.
Do I give a rat's ass? No!!!!!!!!!
Good for him. Beautiful and generous too. Too bad about the body odor, dimness and occasional homeless billy goat look.
Hopefully he donated in honor of his mother.
I got that info from him this morning. It's great that he's not only making the donation, but also lending his name to the efforts for marriage equality.
If that money comes from doing that atrocious Chanel ad.. I would not accept it!
It's very telling that it's just Brad donating the money. It's NEVER Brad and Angelina. It's ALWAYS just Brad
Oh god, imagine the galas we're going to have now!
He's a good guy. Especially considering his mother.

More than what you will ever do for your gay fellow man.
This is great, Brad. Thanks.
Most of us really appreciate your generous support.
Thankyou Brad. We love you.
Brad Pitt seems like a decent guy despite Jen/Angie soap opera. Glad he's on our side.
I don't know what a donation to the fucking HRC a week before the election will actually accomplish.

Way to go! Yes, let's turn this into a negative thing.
Does anyone know I how can get in touch with him so that I can give him a blow job as a thank you?
If it's really you posting this, Mr. Pitt, thank you.
I think all queens and lesbians who are getting married should send a 'token' invitation to Brad as a thank you. Imagine if he got thousands of wedding invitations sent to him. What a neat way to say thank you.
I guess sometimes the apple does fall very far from the tree.
The Human Rights Campaign donation site. Brad is matching all contributions up to $100k.
Hope the link works.

And...? Don't leave me hanging like that. What are your theories behind that?
He's not matching. He's doubling contributions up to $100,000.
This is why I love Trader Joes.
Thanks, R21, I was never any good at math. Even when it's spelled out. Now I have to figure out what I can give. I just gave some campaign money.

You're not the only one r23. A friend and I once discussed going into business. We decided that if we ever had a sale on anything it would have to be either 10% off or 50% off because anything else would be too hard to figure.
Good for him.
A lot of stars who claim to be "gay friendly" haven't given one cent.
Good for him- Angelina gives tons of money away, by the way. Unicef and African charities. I am no particular fan of either, but I definitely admire both of them for their philanthropy and generosity.
Here's the exact wording.
"So, here's what I'm going to do. If you make a contribution to these ballot measure campaigns in the next 24 hours, I'll double it – every dollar of the way, up to $100,000."
So, it's only good for 24 hours.
Angelina has said whatever she makes in movies, a large percentage is donated to charity.
Every election it looks like gay marriage will win then within weeks of actually voting heterosexuals get honest and the polls reverse. It causes gay people to panic and all of a sudden everything has to be done, from get more money to run more ads.
Then he publicizes Namibia one of the most homophobic places on Earth.
Pitt will donate money to murder the babies if it means publicity for him
Fuck off, R32. You are seriously deranged.
Thanks, Brad, for being there for the LGBT throughout the years with financial as well as moral support.
Thanks for standing with us, Brad.
Is Brad a better actor, architect, furniture designer or gay rights supporter?
