I just rewatched Mean Girls

I'd forgotten how cute and normal she seemed back in the day.

• Lilo was cute, but the breakout star was Rachel McAdams.

• I liked Amy Poehler as the mom who was trying so hard to be "cool."

• Tim Meadows was good as the prinicpal.

• I liked the gay friend.

• It's definitely a modern classic. The most "quote worthy" movie of our generation

• She was great in that Parent Trap movie. Geeze what a tragedy she is

• It's good, but it's not as good as The Breakfast Club.

• Doesn't hold up for me. I prefer Clueless.

• I agree. That was Lindsay at her best. It's hard to watch knowing what she did to herself later.

• C'mon R12, Clueless was for the 90's. Mean Girls were for the 10's. Another will come along soon. We don't have to pick just one. One a decade will do.

• Lindsay at her worst (which I guess is now) is 1000 times more interesting/appealing than her rival Hilary Duff, who has her people post page after page of mind-numbingly boring photos of her going to pilates or Starbucks on ONTD.

• Lohan was good in it, but not great, which makes the fact that it is her peak even sadder. McAdams was great. Tina Fey said in an interview she learned a lot about screen acting from watching how McAdams did it.
