• My ex's roommate used to buy stuff from there like their overpriced jockstraps and clothing. We thought it was amusing he'd pay so much for designer clothing like that.

• It's owned by two great (married, I think) guys. One designs and the other runs the business. If it's your sort of scene, the products are very good. I am too old for most of it. Sadly, some of my peers still believe that lycra, spandex and rubber are appropriate for men of a certain age. They're not.

• You couldn't pay me to wear that shit. It's trashy A&F gear for over the hill POZ pigs.

• R5 here, there's nothing wrong with being HIV+ but the guys who are "pigs" who are poz who intentionally bareback and are in complete denial that they won't get reinfected, get other strains of HIV, or even infect someone else with a new strain have a death wish.

• Their clothes are surprisingly well made. The style of the clothes is nothing like A&F. The staff is very nice. And yes the stock includes some fetish stuff, but not everything they sell is provocative, let alone kinky. And r5, it is always delightful to hear from a gay man who is so hateful to his poz fellow gay men. It really speaks well of you. How can we ever hope to demand we be treated with courtesy by straights, when gay men can be so hateful towards other gay men? And revel in their own bitter hostility?

• R7 as I said there's nothing wrong with being HIV+ but if you're poz and do it bareback even with other poz guys you're in denial about your health and you don't give a shit about the health of your sexual partners or who they're having sex with. No not all poz dudes are like this but some are and don't practice safer sex at all.

• r9, that's ridiculous. I am not by any means a very fit guy and I have always been served well and courteously at Nasty Pig.

• I remember interviewing for a job there once a million years ago. I just remember one of the requirements is that you know a bit of HTML so you could make a pig dance across the top of their website. That has stuck with me forever.
